In
order to return an item, please contact a Tracktronics Technologies sales
representative to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA).
All returns should be made
within 30 days of ship date, and needs to be accompanied by the original
invoice, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return freight charge must
be prepaid.
Returned merchandise must
be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Please note that parts
returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special orders consisting
products sold to OEMs at quantity discounts are not returnable.
Defective merchandize may be returned within 60 days of ship date.
