selling through eBay since 2001, and have found that by using
eBay's platform we can concentrate better on our customers,
and provide a more secure environment for the customer. |

Why do you charge for shipping? |
|
|
|

As of July 2010 we offer free shipping to
continental USA on most items. And Free worldwide shipping
when the customer reaches a set amount. The set amount may
change at times do to sales and promotions. Free shipping
services is provided through USPS First Class Mail. There are
some items that we can not offer free shipping on, and that
will be noted on the listings. |

Are the items new? |

Everything we sell on Tracktronics Technologies
is NEW, and/or NEW Old Stock, unless otherwise described. |

Have the electronic parts being
tested? |

All our parts are new directly from the
manufacturer. We do not re-test each part to see if it works.
They are NEW.
Some of the parts come in
factory sealed packs, and therefore we do not open them for
retesting. |

What happens if I buy a part and is faulty? |

Rare!, but it happens. Email us or call
us, and let us know
the problem. Return the merchandize, and we will replace or
refund your money. |

Why do you accept PayPal Only? |

It was a hard decision to go for PayPal only.
We felt that it was the best option to be fair to all. For the
international buyers we have always required payments through
PayPal only. We’ve decided that its best for accounting
purposes and make it the same for everyone else.

Why do you ship through US Postal Services only? |

We have found that USPS has provided a more
cost effective method, and service has being reliable. We can
also ship through UPS if customers prefer. |

What about return buyers? |

Return buyers are special to us. We
want to maintain our relations with you, and therefore there
are added benefits for such group. We’ll contact these
customers first for upcoming liquidation sales, and other
opportunities, as long as the customers register to our
monthly newsletter through ebay. |

your warehouse open to the public? |

are no longer open to the public, we sell through eBay and to
our own established customers. |
