Why
is shipping so high on combined items? |

Shipping & handling cost is set automatically to
each individual item. When a buyer purchases
several items Ebay will automatically come up with
a total. THIS IS NOT A TRUE
COMBINED RATE. Each person buying several
items will get a revised invoice with the correct
shipping cost. Over- payments will be refunded or
credited. |

the items new? |

Everything we sell on Tracktronics Technologies is
NEW, and/or NEW Old Stock, unless otherwise

the electronic parts being tested? |

All our parts are new directly from the
manufacturer. We do not re-test each part to see
if it works. They are NEW.

happens if I buy a part and is faulty? |

Rare but it happens. Email us and let us know the
problem. Return the merchandize, and we will
replace or refund your money. |

Why
do you accept Paypal Only? |

It was a hard decision to go for
Paypal only. We felt that it was the best option
to be fair to all. For the international buyers
we have always required payments through Paypal
only. We’ve decided that its best for accounting
purposes and make it the same for everyone else.

Why
do you ship through US Postal Services only? |

We have found that USPS has provided a more cost
effective method, and service has being reliable.
As of May 1, 2007 we are looking to add other
options. |

Why
tell me what the part retails for? |

We focus our sales to other Ebay sellers who are
in search of items to re-sell. We therefore tend
to sell at bargain prices so other re-sellers can
benefit from it. We tend to post the retail value
of parts for your information. |

Do
you only sell to re-sellers? |

No!
We sell to individuals, engineering firms,
manufacturers and anyone who wants to buy. We do
find that the majority of our buyers are Ebay
re-sellers. |

about return buyers? |

Return buyers are special customers to us. We want
to maintain our relations with you, and therefore
there are added benefits for such group. We’ll
contact these customers first for upcoming
liquidation sales, and other opportunities.

open to the public? |

are no longer open to the public, we sell through
eBay and to our own established customers. |
